For customers who're still experiencing issues, please try modifying your DNS settings to 8.8.8.8 (Google DNS) or 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare DNS). This should resolve these issues. For instructions on modifying your DNS settings, please refer to this:

If you do nothing, within hours the IP will resolve. But the DNS change is not risky with Google or Cloudflare DNS. It would help you access http://Zoho.com quickly.

Elizabeta, at this point, we have made the necessary changes at our end. It is only a matter of time before these changes are detected by service providers across the world. While we understand this has impaired your ability on the field, we are pursuing this actively.

Issues and outages happen. In the year I’ve used Zoho this is the first time I’ve ever had a significant issue.

I will post a detailed root cause once we are fully out of this situation. We are contacting every service provider to get them to update DNS right now.
