4/11 に第一報 www.a.b.c.d.qmail.jp resolve 問題
　のちに、y.qmail.jp を連絡。

I'm still not sure if this is a good idea, but it's in master.
 Unfortunately there is a switch for permissive mode 
because there are still zones that have only glue records working
 and resolution depends on this. 

I wish I didn't have to do this and just say: use DNSSEC, but, here it is.
